Waipara Hills Platter
Individual house platter - crumbed prawns, smoked salmon, pickle, relish, chorizo, horseradish cream, cheese, candied walnuts, bread, crackers.
CRUMBED HALOUMI SALAD
Crumbed haloumi, served on a salad with balsamic roast beetroot, pomegranate
salsa and herb vinaigrette.
PAN ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST
Tender pan roasted chicken breast served on a mixed salad of rocket leaves and medley of roast vege, finished with smoked balsamic vinaigrette.
SUCCULENT FILLET STEAK
Succulent Medium Rare Sliced Fillet Steak. Perfectly complemented with potato galette, red wine jus and seasonal vegetables.
ROAST PORK FILLET
Served on mixed bean, spinach and chorizo cassoulet, with crispy bacon and red wine jus.
CRISPY SKIN AKAROA SALMON
Fresh Akaroa salmon served on a salad of shaved fennel, orange,
baby spinach, mint and pomegranate
